House Rules

- Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from

- Do not exceed the occupancy limit

- Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear
locations: 41970 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.
You will be charged $25 PER BAG left behind

- Wash and put away all dishes. DO NOT put dirty dishes back
in cupboards. $50 noncompliance fee

- NON-SMOKING. Evidence of smoke Indoors - Full forfeiture of deposit

- Please return the key to the lockbox before you leave or a fee up to $250 can be charged.

- Return all furniture moved to their original location and position

- Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. A signed contract is required to be completed.

The space
The cabin was built in 2003, giving you the peace you want for a reliable place, the rooms are cozy, clean, and pleasant to stay in.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire cabin, which includes the Living room, Kitchen, Dining, patio, bedrooms, and of course, the heated Spa that will give you the relaxation you need, parking is free on the property driveway.

Location

Enchanting Cabin is located at almost 7000 feet of elevation.
Big Bear Lake area ranges in altitude from 6,750 feet to 9,000 feet above sea level an alpine tundra climate.
Most guests visit Big Bear and have one thing in mind: Relax and have Fun. Enjoy the outdoors as well as breathe fresh air.

No Pet Allowed

°° As a pet owner, we understand how "unpredictable" animals can be in a new home full of new senses.
UNFORTUNATELY for us as pet owners & everyone that travels with their furry friends. They might not appreciate that we have a STRONG.
NØ PET POLICY! We want to keep the cabin as allergy free as possible!
°° KEEP YOUR PETS SAFE FROM WILDLIFE.
PROTECT YOURSELF TOO YOUR SAFETY IS #1.

The number one reason why we have a strict policy of no pets is that we want to give a peaceful stay. Giving a comfortable stay where we don't have to worry about an allergic reaction or for those who suffer from asthma or any other allergies.

Snow Season

Snow is visible this time of the Year we do ask you to take all precautions to keep you and your loved ones safe. Bring Chains or a 4X4 vehicle to get to the city.
We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any slip and fall, in or outside the property.


¤ In the utility closet, you will find Salt ( Snow salt, NOT for cooking! )
If you wish for the ice to melt for a cleaner path, one or two cups should be enough ( Throw it evenly onto the pathway in a straight line).
